We do not offer refunds.  We will, however, remake your item upon request and return of defective item.  Should you decide you do not want your item anymore, a store credit or comparable item, in price, can take its place.

We will not sell your information.  Your information is for us to provide a service.  Not for anyone else to try and fish for business.  We don't like it and pretty sure y'all don't either. 

We are a small business.  We run on a thin margin but are willing to help you create your dream shirt or drinkware.  If we tell you we cannot make your item, it is because we have exhausted all of our resources
